These are comments we received from our customer feedback cards.
We ask our customers the following five questions with a simple yes or no answer, ask them to rate our shop, and have a space for comments. Any questions answered with a “No” get a phone call as a follow up.

Were you treated courteously by our personnel?
Were your questions about your vehicle's repair answered?
Were your vehicle's repairs completed in a timely manner?
Were you satisfied with the repairs?
Would you recommend our facility to your family and friends?

We make every effort to keep our customers satisfied but also understand that given the amount of customers and suppliers we deal with, that sometimes no matter what we do, we will not be able to satisfy every single customer due to some things being out of our control.

Our Response, We are not quite sure what happened, because we do not use an air impact to tighten lug nuts. We hand tighten them with a torque wrench so that we do not damage wheels and so that the wheels are properly torqued"

"The mechanic did not correctly replace the battery cable to the truck. They tried to tell me over the phone that the battery cable was broken and I could not find where. I think they wanted to sell me a new battery cable."

Our response, When we removed his battery cable from the battery it was loose and bad, which was part of the no charging complaint, We recommended to replace the terminal with a unit that has a cable already attached and cost about $12 verse $3 for just a terminal. We do this because when you install a terminal only, the cable becomes to short, and allows corrosion to get into the cable causing problems down the road.
